- The Self-Improvement Deep Dive (Essay 1): Brainstorming how to tackle the 3,000-character "aspects you have improved on" prompt. The AdCom wants to see genuine vulnerability, humility, and the explicit "tools or values" you utilized to address your professional gaps head-on.
- The Non-Work Identity (Essay 2): Navigating the explicit warning on the diversity essay: “The goal of this essay is to get a sense of who you are, rather than what you have accomplished.” Applicants are figuring out how to showcase their intrinsic values, cultural upbringing, or unique hobbies without accidentally turning it into another resume highlight reel.
- The Custom Timeline Strategy: Discussing how to pitch your track length in Essay 3 (Career Goals). Are you aiming for the hyper-accelerated 12-month format to return to the workforce quickly, or the 15/18-month tracks to incorporate an international exchange or summer internship?
- The Reflective Wildcards (Essay 4): Swapping strategies on which two of the four 1,500-character options to complete: a) I am most proud of... b) People may be surprised to learn that I... c) Biggest challenge/learning... or d) Historical figure alignment.
