So basically i sent in my application on Nov 14th thinking Nov 15th is the R2 Deadline (since it is for the other nov schools), and now i m fretting that Ive been pushed to R3.
do you guys think an email to the AdCom could work in my favour?

Oh okay, we didn't have that information. So you submitted on the 14th thinking the 15th was the deadline, but in fact the deadline was on November 11th?
I don't really think that this is looking too good. Sure you can email them like a Hail Mary attempt but three days I don't know I think one day is actually going to require a doctor's note or something
