I am applying in R1 deadline. I registered two recommenders for my account. I have been trying to send them the reco invite and reminders, but they have not received anything from Kellogg. I tried to set up a dummy account to see if there was a problem on their end, but seems like I didn't receive any recommendation invites on my test accounts either.
Is it possible that there is a problem with the underlying application management platform Kellogg is using? I have tried to call your office but no one is answering the phone. Please advise on the next course of action ASAP.

This usually happens because some companies' servers mark emails for recommendation requests as spam. You should speak to your company's IT administrator - he/she would be able to help resolve this. It is certainly not an issue with Kellogg - their system is flawless in sending out the requests.
My recommender got the email. I had sent it in the last week of August. So the Kellogg system should be fine I guess. Must be an issue with the company email.
