Statement 1: Insuff. All we know is that the ratio is 7:2. This means the length could be 7, 14, 21, 28.
Statement 2: Insuff. The length could be 150 and the width could be 48 OR length could be 100 and width could be 98.
Combining the two we know that because the ratio is 7:2 we can find the value for length and width.
7x + 7x + 2x + 2x = 196 -> 196/18 = 11. Width is thus 22
