I would like to bring to your notice that due to technical issues I couldn't complete my exam scheduled on 20th Sep 2021. Even if my system specification was acceptable ,as per the system asked by examity, for the online GMAT exam ,I struggled to start the exam as the secured browser was not opening properly. Even after more than 2 hours of struggle from multiple laptop, somehow I could start the exam ,but the experience was way below my expectations with system glitches.
There was multiple screen lag, and when I brought the proctor's notice ,before he could respond and pause the exam , the timer was completed. In short the system failed to respond on time and lagged a few times during the exam. Overall I had a pathetic experience ,and I must get a fair chance to take the exam without additional cost. Right now the exam is not completed and the session was closed by proctor with an agreement that it is fair to retake after so much stop start and system lag.
I have raised a case with GMAT for the refund and waiting for the response. Anyone had similar experience ? What should I do now. I feel numb.
