Try again. Try to handle the rejection reason. Arrange funds. Have better story connection to home country!

I know someone (not directly) who got rejected in May and got a refusal slot for July. MBA
So keep trying for slots and like @mithileshk said, address the rejection reason.

a very fair question. its all ambiguous no. but from one's interview, if you get an idea of why they rejected, I guess they address that.

I was in a session with a former Visa officer and asked the same question that why the reason is ambiguous?

His answer was if they make it specific say lack of funds, if person comes with funds you have to approve it.

Sometimes rejection happens due to internal restrictions on visa which is not on public.
