Hello,

Currently I am filling my application form for London Business School. I have seen they suggest to include my current employer as referee. However, I have doubts regarding who my academic referee should be. Of my two options, one is the CEO of a well known company, and the other is an investment manager. I believe the first one knows me better, but the second one is a LBS MBA graduate. How would you suggest me to choose as referee?
