Sir,
I would just like to put a topic out there for the admins to answer.
Why are U.S Universities unfair to Indian Students?
The average score required from an international student from India is higher than that of resident students, even in Grade B colleges and the fee is also substantially higher compared to the home students?
Why can't universities in USA have same fee structure for all students, if they demand a higher score from Indian students.
Can anyone from
Magoosh , Economist, Veritas or Manhattan would answer my query?
Buddy I am not an expert, but as a fellow struggling "Indian Male Engineer" here are my two cents: There are way too many Indian folks aspiring for the "Great American dream". The US B-schools are aware of this "dream" and are unfortunately in a position to choose. If they can get candidates with a slightly lower score from other countries , why would they not take them on board ? In the end such people contribute to their "student diversity" .... don't they ??? Regarding the fee structure, buddy don't forget that they are cashing in on the horde mentality of Indians. The schools also need $$$ , don't they ??? So let us not worry about the selection parameters , instead let us work towards acing the challenge at hand
Best wishes and have a great year ahead
