did you get a date and venue for the mumbai interview? The last i heard they were still working out the details.

No information yet. Its been more than a couple of days. I'll wait till tomorrow and send them a reminder.

Same here. But I will probably drop a mail after diwali . But considering their mail about the Mumbai Info-session, I believe they have worked out most of the arrangements. Also it seems our interviewer might be Anjani Jain .

Seems like Yale sends on Fridays, so let's hope for another round of interview invites to be sent tomorrow.

Not in my inbox ! Surprising that no one here posted of getting an interview invite this week.

Fun news for those of you coming to campus to interview: the construction on the new building seems to be finished, so you'll be able to see the outside of the building when you visit! (The insides are still being set-up with furniture and whatnot, so come back for admitted student weekend *cough cough* and you'll get the full tour!)

Was there no Yale blog last year? Does anyone know?

I don't mean to derail as I know most are in the midst of finding out their R1 status (good luck!), but quick question.

I am applying in R2 and I have generally been providing my recommenders with a folder of general information. I usually include the recommender prompts, but can't find them on the website. This may be by design, and if so that is perfectly fine, but wanted to check here to make sure I wasn't just missing them. Does anyone know if I can obtain the letter of recommendation prompts?

cp, what makes you think it wasn't around last year? Do you notice it more this year?




Some people on these forums put in their own personal email addresses so they could get the recommendation questions to send. Beware: Systems are school specific and may not let you change the email address afterwards. These people on GC had to call or email adcoms last year to explain why the email address for their recommender was incorrect, which depending on what you say/how you handle it, could be an awkward conversation. You can try this method if you wish, but your miles may vary.

@aerian... Sorry I wasn't being clear.. What I was looking for is a "Calling all applicants" forum for last year. I was interested in how many people get invited and then accepted.. those sort of statistics. Can't see it below, which is where it usually is.

Am on the same boat ! It is frustrating to not hear any sort of update on application status after more than a month.
