* What’s a difficulty you/your team faced and how did you overcome it?
* Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: Globalization makes it necessary to understand business competitors.
* Do you think that the non-business factors such as social, legal and political factors are given enough consideration by corporations in today’s world?
* Is operational excellence the most important part for any organization?
It honestly wasn’t too bad. I used a couple of sites that had good lists of questions to do some preparation. I found the groupings on the first site pretty accurate, so the questions on the second site can be sorted into those categories.
