After a lot of consultations with various consultants, I decided to go ahead with the team at Experts Global as my initial discussions went very smoothly. After my onboarding was completed, I was given a detailed planner with all the short-term and long-term milestones clearly explained. The team also helped me with steps that I could take to improve my profile during the course of the association. The steps helped me have additional talking points during discussions with adcom and the interview. From resume preparation to help during the interview stage, the team was very forthcoming and helpful in the guidance they offered. Particularly, I liked how even when I was not very proactive, the team kept following up to remind me of my milestones, which actually helped my be on track and proceed with steps timely.
