Strengths:

- They provide noise-cancellation headphones (very heavy)
- Smooth process

Would make the product better:

- The pens provided during the exam do not work easily.
- Logistics during exam

It would have been a great experience if the quality of the pens and whiteboard used during the exam had been better. Nevertheless, I would still call it a decent experience.

I started my exam and panicked during the first question. The pen was not working, which hampered my flow and wasted some time. Initially, I was given two pens, but I still had to call the staff to sort it out for me.

The entrance to the center, located in the cellar, can be confusing for first-time visitors. I would strongly suggest arriving a few minutes early to avoid any possible delays and ensure a smooth start to the exam.

The support of the reception staff and the invigilators has to be appreciated! Although the exam center seemed full due to other test takers for exams other than GMAT, they managed to support it.
