Strengths:

Once you enter the test centre, everything is well managed by the team inside, guideline are clearly instructed. They allow you start before time, given your consent and availability inside the test lab, washrooms are clean indeed. 10/10 points on the conditions inside, pindrop silence it is, just what you need to get into the test tasking zone.

Would make the product better:

AC Temperature could be more bit more ambient/ cooler.
A bit confusing for Non- Mumbai candiates to locate the centre, it is always better to plan your travel in advance budgeting this extra time needed to figure out the directions. Always helps in getting yourself that extra few minutes to catch your breath before entering the test centre.

Overall, I would rate the test centre 4.5/5. Smooth check-in (photo, palm scan, locker), clear instructions, and efficient provision of supplies like scratch pads and markers. Staff are frequently described as polite, welcoming, supportive, and knowledgeable, ensuring a smooth process.

Pearson VUE should open more centres in and around city, for candidates like me coming from Mumbai, it is one task to travel 1.5 hours just to reach the test centre, I was surprised to see Pune has two centres, yet Mumbai has just one. Such flexibility indeed allows candidates to manage and help mitigate external factors/ controllables on the test day.
