Security protocols were strictly followed, ensuring a fair testing environment.

Would make the product better:

The waiting area could be improved in terms of comfort, especially during peak hours. Additionally, clearer instructions before entering the exam room would help first-time test takers feel more at ease. Better time coordination during check-in could also reduce waiting time.

I had a positive experience taking my GMAT exam at the Pearson VUE center in New Delhi. The overall process was smooth and well-managed. The staff ensured that all procedures were followed properly and guided candidates efficiently. The exam environment was calm and suitable for maintaining concentration, which is crucial for such a high-stakes test. Although there is slight scope for improvement in the waiting area and initial instructions, the overall experience was satisfactory.
