The testing cubicles are adequately spaced, quiet, and equipped with good monitors. The center follows all standard Pearson VUE protocols strictly, which gives confidence in the integrity of the testing environment. The location is centrally located and easily accessible via metro.

Would make the product better:

The waiting area could be more comfortable, and clearer signage inside the building would help first-time test-takers locate the center easily. It would also be helpful if the center communicated parking/commute tips in the confirmation email, as CP can be busy on weekdays.

Clearer directional signage within the building would also be a welcome improvement for first-timers.
