The quality of the whiteboard and marker could be improved, as writing and erasing were not always smooth during the exam.

I had a very positive experience at this Pearson VUE test center. The staff was professional, courteous, and ensured that all procedures were explained clearly. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the security measures were handled in a way that felt thorough without being stressful.

The biggest strength of this center is the calm and peaceful testing environment. The exam room was quiet, well-maintained, and free from distractions, which made it much easier to stay focused throughout a long exam. The staff also did a good job of maintaining order and assisting candidates whenever needed.

One area that could be improved is the quality of the whiteboards and markers provided during the test. Writing on the whiteboard was not always smooth, and a better-quality setup would make note-taking and calculations more convenient for candidates.

Overall, the center is well-organized, professional, and conducive to a comfortable testing experience. I would be happy to take another exam here and would recommend it to others preparing for important certification or admission tests.
