MG Road Test Centre

Strengths:

The Gurugram Pearson VUE centre delivers a consistently professional testing environment that meets global standards. The facility is well-maintained with individual, partitioned workstations that minimize distractions and help candidates maintain focus throughout the exam. Check-in procedures are thorough and well-organized — biometric verification, locker facilities for personal belongings, and clear instructions from staff ensure a smooth entry process. The centre is conveniently located in a commercial hub with good metro and road connectivity, making it accessible from most parts of Delhi-NCR. Technical infrastructure is reliable, with minimal reported incidents of system failures or connectivity issues during the exam. Staff are generally professional, courteous, and familiar with GMAT-specific protocols, which reduces pre-exam anxiety for first-time test takers.

Would make the product better:

The waiting area before check-in could be more comfortable — seating is limited, which becomes an issue when multiple candidates arrive around the same time. Noise bleed from adjacent workstations, particularly keyboard sounds and other candidates' scratch pad use, can occasionally be distracting and worth addressing through better acoustic partitioning. The centre could also improve its communication around parking facilities, as the surrounding area has limited and confusing parking options that add unnecessary stress before a high-stakes exam. Clearer signage within the building leading up to the test centre floor would help, as first-time visitors often find navigation within the complex slightly confusing. Extending the availability of appointment slots, particularly on weekends, would also be a meaningful improvement given high demand in the NCR region.

Overall, the Gurugram Pearson VUE centre rates as a solid, dependable choice for taking the GMAT in the Delhi-NCR region. It scores high on the fundamentals — clean environment, professional staff, and reliable technology — which are the things that matter most on exam day. The minor friction points around noise, parking, and waiting area comfort are real but manageable, and unlikely to meaningfully impact your performance if you arrive prepared and early. For most candidates in the region, this centre strikes the right balance of accessibility and exam-day reliability. Recommended, with the suggestion to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time to navigate check-in comfortably.
