Susan is an all-star: she is whip smart, an expert in her field, and an emotionally attuned cheerleader for what can be a very taxing process. I got into every school I applied to, including Harvard, Stanford, and Wharton, a homerun outcome for which Susan deserves a lot of credit. Susan is generous and flexible with her time; even as an hourly client, I knew she was in my corner and available when I needed her.
