REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

Kate Richardson was instrumental in my MBA application journey, providing unwavering support and guidance every step of the way. From reviewing drafts late at night to offering honest feedback, she was always there when I needed her. Kate didn’t just help me craft a strong application; she helped me see potential in myself that I hadn’t recognized. Her encouragement and belief in my goals opened doors I didn’t think were possible. She constantly pushed me to be a better version of myself, and I honestly would not be where I am today without her dedication, insight, and care. I do not just consider Kate a mentor and role model now, but a friend.

Kate was a true partner throughout the application process and with her support, I was accepted to multiple MBA programs, including my dream school with a scholarship. She was easy to work with, approachable, professional, and always clear in her guidance. I especially appreciated her flexibility with time, which made scheduling seamless despite a major time zone difference. Her dedication was unmatched, she consistently went the extra mile to help get every detail across the line, even under tight deadlines.

What stood out most was how Kate took the time to understand me as a person. She got to know my story, values and motivations, which she used to tailor her feedback. The interview prep was also thorough, Kate chose tailored questions for my application and I walked into my interviews feeling well prepared and confident.

If you’re looking for someone who combines admissions expertise with a genuinely supportive approach, I highly recommend working with Kate!

Amazing MBA Admissions Consultant!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

As an applicant with over 10 years of experience, I was not a typical candidate for a full time MBA. However, I wanted to pivot into a consulting career path, and I was excited to pursue full time programs which have structured recruiting for consulting firms. With Kate's exceptional support and strategic guidance, I applied to five Top 15 Programs, and I was admitted with Consortium and Forte Fellowship and a 50% scholarship to one of my top choices.

Kate is a superb MBA admissions consultant who met me where I was! She listened attentively, provided thoughtful feedback, and guided me through the demanding MBA application process. She helped me refine my essays so they highlighted my experiences and career goals in a way that resonated with admissions committees. Beyond the applications, she went above and beyond by proactively sending me additional information when I started interviewing for schools. Further, she gave invaluable advice on ultimately selecting a school and launching into my MBA. I'm so grateful to have worked with Kate - her expertise, encouragement, and commitment made a tremendous difference in my MBA journey!

Kate is awesome

Kate Richardson made my admission success (with major scholarship awards) possible. As a candidate from a (very) non-traditional background, I appreciated how Kate helped me uncover my motivations and interests, worked tirelessly to help me craft my story, and was a kind and motivating presence throughout the process. When I was lucky enough to get admission to two top schools, both with hefty scholarships, Kate was indispensable in advising me on a negotiation strategy. Thanks to her efforts, I was accepted to my dream program with nearly a full ride! Kate’s support made this process much less stressful. I highly recommend working with her.

With Kate’s support, I applied to and was accepted into both Kellogg's and Booth's part-time MBA programs. Her guidance played a crucial role in shaping my story in the most compelling way possible. Despite a tight deadline and a demanding job, she kept me on track with her quick responses and clear, actionable feedback, which I highly valued.

Preparing for MBA interviews is especially challenging, and this is where Kate’s support made a significant difference. We ran through several mock interviews and prep sessions, which helped me stay calm and collected, allowing me to answer questions systematically.

After I received my acceptance, Kate’s insights and advice guided me through the tough decision between the two schools.

Overall, my experience working with Kate exceeded my expectations. Her expertise, commitment to my success, and outstanding support made all the difference. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to maximize their chances of getting into their top-choice MBA programs.

From the very beginning, Kate took the time to understand my unique background, career goals, and personal story. She provided invaluable insights into what Kellogg specifically looks for in candidates, helping me craft a compelling narrative that resonated with the admissions committee.

What truly stood out was Kate's strategic approach. She helped me pinpoint the key aspects of my experience and strengths that aligned perfectly with Kellogg's values and culture. Her feedback on my essays was both detailed and thoughtful, pushing me to dig deeper and present the most authentic and impactful version of myself.

Kate is Amazing!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

Kate was an incredible consultant, and I cannot recommend her enough. While the MBA application process is extremely daunting, Kate's knowledge, thoroughness, and organization, coupled with her warm, calm presence made it feel more than manageable. With Kate's help, I was accepted to 4/4 of the schools I applied to, including Stanford GSB and Harvard Business School, and will be attending HBS this fall.

Kate was instrumental in focusing my application to highlight my strengths and holistically capture who I was as a person. Her extensive knowledge was consistently apparent whenever I had questions about schools, the application process, or how something in my essays might be construed by the AdComm. As a woman working in biotech, Kate ensured my application was powerful for any reader, regardless of their industry background, while also successful in communicating my expertise.

Kate's exceptional organization kept me on track and motivated throughout the entire application process. As someone who struggles with time management and rarely submits anything until the final hour, Kate's detailed calendar and review windows allowed me to progress the application in a timely fashion without last-minute, high-anxiety sprints. The application has a lot of moving parts and with Kate's oversight, I was always confident everything was accounted for.

Overall, I had an amazing experience working with Kate, I truly could not have done it without her.

5 Schools Done In 2-3 Months

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I did all my applications in a 2-3 month period that included studying for an exam retake, a bout of COVID, and full-time work.

Kate was absolutely fantastic and likely the reason I was able to submit 5 applications on time for R1. She was highly responsive and incredibly thorough with her feedback throughout all drafts of my essays and applications. There was a lot of back and forth between us on the edits and Kate was always receptive to brainstorming and changes in order to bring the best work to the table.

Additionally, she aided a lot in the organization of the overall application timeline and answered all of my questions about the process. She was available at all times to chat with and also helped prep throughout the interview process as well.

I can't recommend Kate enough.
