The Wizard of Quant - Piyush Beriwala

Course GMATWhiz GMAT Quant Tutor Prep

Location Online

After completing a GMAT course, exhausting the question bank on the official site, and attempting dozens of tests on GMAT Club, I was still struggling with consistency in Quant and DI.

At one point, I almost accepted that maybe this was just how the test works and that there wasn’t much I could do. But deep down, I knew I needed a better score for the schools I was targeting. That’s when I decided to reach out to Piyush at GMATWhiz.

From our very first conversation, it felt like I was speaking to a friend who truly understood what I was going through. Once I shared my score reports and performance data with him, Piyush quickly identified the gaps and laid out a plan that made me feel confident about giving the test another shot.

The tutoring began with a full diagnostic of Quant and Data Insights. Piyush pinpointed not just which topics I was struggling with, but why I was struggling—and more importantly, how to fix it. Whether it was conceptual clarity, problem-solving technique, or both, he knew exactly where the focus needed to be.

Each session, we tackled two to three topics, and Piyush would assign targeted practice questions to reinforce the concepts covered in the sessions. Bit by bit, I started feeling more confident. My timing improved, and for the first time, I began seeing consistent scores in sectional mock tests.

I was also getting back into prep after a four-month break, and Piyush helped me ease into it with a structured daily plan and clear advice on when to schedule the test. But beyond the strategy and content, what really stood out was the support. Piyush is a mentor, not just a tutor. In the days leading up to the exam, his encouragement made a huge difference. For the first time, I walked into the test center feeling calm and in control.

I genuinely owe my success, and eventual admission, to Piyush.

Course e-GMAT Online Focused

I started using E-GMAT at the end of March and scored 675 on my GMAT in mid-May with just 1.5 months of prep. The course is incredibly comprehensive and allows you to move at your own pace—speeding through your strengths and focusing on weaker areas. The test platform is excellent and highly customizable. I found the Sigma-X mocks very close to the actual exam, which boosted my confidence. The 1:1 coaching was great. It helping me stay on track with a clear plan. The resources have high quality and there are enough practise questions for every area that is tested in the exam. I would recommend E-GMAT to anyone preparing for the GMAT.

Want to ace Verbal - TTP is your way to go

Course Target Test Prep Dedicated Study

TTP has really been a game changer for me. I Can vouch for it any day. For a guy like me, for whom Verbal was a nightmare, TTP enabled me to score a solid 98 percentile in Verbal on GMAT.
I still remember the day I took my first GMAT exam. I scored 650 in the classic version. Although I performed well on Quant (Q50 / 86 percentile), the verbal did not go well, V28(mere 47 percentile). For me, verbal was a nightmare. Then I stumbled upon TTP and gave it a try. TTP proved to be a game changer. At the very first glance, I could see how Verbal must be approached in a much more conceptual and structured manner. The methodology that TTP adopts – giving relevant concepts and pairing those with examples and practice problems – really helps to get a good grasp of concepts.
I really recommend every GMAT aspiring student to start with TTP; This will elevate your learning journey by miles.

I recently scored a 665 with Q82, V84, and DI83

Like most aspirants, my GMAT test journey started with practicing random questions from the GMAT Club and reading the Manhattan prep books. And like most aspirants I know, that strategy didn’t work. I was able to understand what was to be done in a particular problem but just didn’t know how.

I then came across the e-GMAT course. I attended a Masterclass webinar hosted by the founder and I was sold.

Now, coming to the product. Here’s what I found great about the course

> APPLICATION FILES: Every course offers you content, but the platform to actively apply the concepts in a guided manner is what differentiates the product. The outcome is as if you’re being taught in a live session but you have the convenience of doing things at your pace.

> STAGE WISE PREP: There’s a bifurcation of concept building and then subsequently practicing and harnessing your abilities in the concept you’ve studied. Cementing quizzes, which form a major part of improving your ability, is a very well-thought-out concept and gives direction to the prep. Otherwise, we can fall into the pattern of practicing questions side by side without categorizing or timing them. This will lengthen the time required to master the concepts.

> SCHOLARANIUM: More than the practice questions, the way your question attempts data is presented is quite helpful. This helps target minute weaknesses in specific topics or any behavioral improvements required while tackling a question.

> STRATEGIC SUPPORT: e-GMAT’s team is always reachable for any doubts in content and guidance during the preparation. Preparing for the exam can be stressful and there are times when you’re too involved in it that the obvious right path eludes you. Those are the times when the Strategy mentors are really helpful. For these reasons, my strategy mentor, Rida, was a godsend.

The score I’ve secured is not my target score. But I believe with e-GMAT, I have the arsenal to reach where I want to be.

GMAT is an exam that requires more conceptual understanding and strategic preparation than most exams. e-GMAT’s product is curated specifically keeping that in mind.

In my opinion, e-GMAT was the turning point in my GMAT journey. After plateauing at 645, I enrolled in e-GMAT and saw a huge improvement. My GMAT Success Story with e-GMAT

Course e-GMAT GMAT Live Prep

Instructor Abha Mohan

Location Online

When I first started prepping, I approached the GMAT like an academic test — grind hard, get it perfect, win. But the GMAT Focus is different. It’s strategic, psychological, and punishing if you overinvest in the wrong moment. That realization came through e-GMAT’s brilliant learning modules, and more importantly, through personalized mentoring. Abha was super helpful in teaching me to unlearn my ability to not be able to let go of questions.

I used to obsess over questions mid-section — especially in Quant and DI. I’d spend 3–4 minutes on a problem, determined to crack it. The irony? That stubbornness lowered my score. I wasn’t letting the algorithm see my full ability because I was getting stuck early and dropping pacing later.

Abha worked with me to retrain my instincts. She taught me how to recognize when to let go — to guess confidently and move on, and to preserve mental energy for later questions.

The e-GMAT Edge
1. Scholaranium & Custom Quizzes
This was where the real transformation happened. I used Scholaranium not just for practice, but to simulate test-day conditions — complete with decision fatigue, time pressure, and letting go. I created custom quizzes that targeted my exact weaknesses (e.g., overlapping sets, inference questions in RC), and used the analytics to measure progress.

2. CR & RC Frameworks
The pre-thinking method for CR and the structured reading strategy for RC gave me mental clarity. I stopped panicking during Verbal. For the first time, I actually felt in control of my responses.

3. Mindset Coaching from Abha
This deserves its own section. Abha was more than a mentor — she became a coach, a sounding board, and a calming presence. She didn’t just tell me what to fix. She helped me unpack why I was getting stuck, how to trust myself again, and how to walk into the exam with conviction, not anxiety.

I ended up with a 695 on the GMAT Focus, which places me in the 98th percentile globally - and puts me in a really good place for my applications. I can't thank e-GMAT and Abha enough for the same!

Course Experts' Global Complete GMAT Prep Online

Started my GMAT preparation with official reference material and after studying for a couple of months, took first mock at mba.com and scored 680. Then I purchased the Expertsglobal complete prep for further preparation and finally resulted in getting 730 on the real test. Overall, I had a very good experience with expertsglobal which provided study material and mocks true to the real test. I was scoring between 720-740 in my last mocks of expertsglobal and the score I received on the actual exam was in line with the same. The course was especially helpful in me achieving a good verbal score. It's amazing for what it offers for the price.

Course e-GMAT Mentorship

Scoring a 725 on the GMAT wouldn’t have been possible without the structured mentorship and personalized guidance from E-GMAT. What stood out the most was their commitment to understanding my learning style and customizing the plan accordingly.

From pinpointing weak areas to helping me build a strategic, question-by-question approach—especially in Quant and Verbal—the mentors were always accessible, empathetic, and practical. Their prompt responses, regular check-ins, and data-driven feedback gave me clarity and confidence throughout the journey.

If you’re someone who values accountability, structure, and human support in your prep, E-GMAT’s mentorship is truly worth it.

Wishing you the very best!

Course Magoosh Premium

Location Online

I've been using Magoosh Premium Prep for a while now, and I must say it's been a really helpful tool—especially for Quant. What I appreciated most is that it doesn’t just throw formulas at you to memorize. The lessons start from the basics and build up your conceptual understanding, which really matters for GMAT-style thinking. The Quant questions closely resemble the actual GMAT level, and the way the topics are segregated by title makes it easier to target your practice sessions.

Another standout feature is the new AI beta analytics. It does a good job of tracking your mistakes and pointing out your weak areas so you can improve strategically rather than blindly practicing more questions.

There are still some areas where Magoosh can definitely improve. The Verbal section, while decent, lacks the same depth and engagement as Quant. Data Insights—which is increasingly important in the new GMAT Focus format—needs more attention. The number of DI questions feels limited, and the presentation format for lessons (like slides) feels more static and less interactive, which can make longer study sessions a bit monotonous.

Overall, I'd still recommend Magoosh if you're looking to build a strong Quant foundation at a reasonable price point. In my opinion, IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY YOU PAY FOR
