The test center is located centrally in Drammen, and is easy to find and close to the train station. The staff is very friendly, and the center itself is modern. However, there were some major drawbacks:

1) The center did not provide ear plugs, although they promised in advance that they would. I had to wear big, heavy, and uncomfortable headphones instead.

2) The writing pad is very different from the one I bought from MGMAT (which, I suppose, should be a very exact copy of the pad most centers have) The squares on the pad are very large, so it is virtually impossible to do all the quant questions with one pad. One also has to write way bigger than what one is used to.

3) The test administrator is not in the same room as the test takers, but watches the room on a camera. When you need a new booklet, you have to wave at the camera, and it will take a while for her to get there. There is also no way of knowing if she has seen you before she arrives a couple of minutes later. Maybe a minor thing, but it wastes time, and distracts you during the test.

4) The keyboards are in Norwegian format. To use special signs, like " - : : ? etc. one has to know touch on an English keyboard, as the keys are different and unmarked.

5) There is only one toilet for eight test takers. You do not want to end up standing in a line during your pause!

6) All in all, the security and quality seems way poorer than what I expected, having seen the movies of the GMAT test centers online.

The temperature in the room is fine, and the room is quiet. The staff, as mentioned are very helpful.

To conclude, had I had any other choice, I would go elsewhere. Only problem is that it is the only GMAT test center in Norway. If you are traveling, and can go elsewhere, I would recommend doing so.

I took my GMAT at the Pearson's center in Westminster, CO a few weeks ago. My experience wasn't great, but it could have been better.

Pros:
*Easy to find, plenty of parking.
*Quiet, even without earplugs/headphones (both are available)
*Good climate - not too hot, not too cold
* Comfortable work station
* Clean bathroom

Cons:
* Rude staff
* Staff were slow - A proctor was dithering when I tried to log back in to the test before the end of my break. I purposely returned to the test area with ~2 min before my test would resume to avoid any potential delays. However, the proctor was busy grabbing his soda and was not available to log me back into the test, so I was ~2 min late on my verbal section.

Parking facility: Public parking at the street available. I suppose on work days there can be a problem to find a space.
Invigilator Reviews: Polite.
Environment: Small room for 4 people, old equipment, no windows, close access to smoking area, water provided.
Rating 5/5: 5/5.
Additional Info: You should arrive a little beforehand, because the computer which scans your hand sometimes hangs. Invigilator sits in the different room.

Parking facility : Test center conveniently located and was easy to find and if you are lost ask for "Jetking" center and everyone around that knows it.

There is more than enough space for the parking at this center.

Invigilator Reviews : Invigilator was polite and even gave me 2 pens to me though I haven't asked for it. You can even change the pens and your rough sheets at the time of break.

Environment : There are only 4 systems to work on so there is not much noise. It was quite. Yes, room was quite cold so asked to switch off the AC before entering the room.

Why would you retake the test here or in another location?
Yes, I took the test here twice!!

Do before test starting -- Please see the washroom before starting the test as it is located above test center and you have to go to another building next to it. So see the wash room before startng the test so as you don't waste the time.

Had a fantastic experience here - the location and the facility were both great.

First, the location - right at Yonge & St. Clair. Probably not great if you're driving, but great for taking the subway to.

The staff were incredibly patient and professional. They were dealing with lots of people who did not bring proper identification, and maintained a calm and cool demeanor in the face of some quite agitated would-be test-takers. Folks - bring your passports if you don't have an Ontario drivers' licence.

Staff were also great in responding to requests for breaks - only had to wait 10 seconds after raising my hand.

Both earmuffs and earplugs were provided. Two pens, but one booklet only at a time. However, I was given a new booklet after quant without even asking for one.

Don't know what the other Toronto centre is like, but I'd highly recommend this one.

The test center was not too difficult to find. It is in a one-story building, with lots of parking around it. The people who work at this site are all very friendly. They provide all the things you need for the test and very quick in reacting when you raise your hand for additional help. The computers, tables, etc are clean and the chair is not uncomfortable to sit in. Overall its a good site to take the test. It's a pretty quiet facility, so you wont get too much distraction besides the typing noise of other people. They do have ear plugs you can use to avoid the typing noise.

If you are planning on taking GMAT in Chicago, I would highly recommend the test center on Wacker Drive.

I took my GMAT on Jan 14th 2011 and got 690. Ladies at a testing center were very nice and helpful. Also testing center itself is nice and clean. I am not sure if every center provides those, but the center on Wacker had earplug headphones. I never worked on my test with those, but on the test day they turned out to be extremely helpful.

I really think that this center deserves five stars, and would definitely recommend.

Parking facility : Big problem No parking facility on site. I had to park my car in a nearby hotel
Invigilator Reviews : Very Helpful,Polite.
Environment : Quiet.
Rating 5/5 : 4/5 (cut one mark for parking problems)
Additional Info : There will be a Cabin to the side numbered 12 A. Request for another seat. The cabin has bright lights and it was difficult for me to view the already messed up font family of the GMAC testing software

Parking facility : Absent, but actually not needed - take a Vlib! ;)

Invigilator Reviews : Correct, nothing to mention

Environment : Some noise coming from the street, but earplugs (which are provided) do what is necessary

Additional Info : No earphones, so get ready to use earplugs (or how do you call it..), Small room containing 7-8 workstations, The workstations are Dell, but the screen is placed too high, that was a problem for me.

Do's & Don't s : Only one restroom, so the first thing you should do when you go for a break is to go to the toilet if it is empty.

Parking facility : N/A (walked)

Invigilator Reviews : Very nice and accommodating. Helpful. Quick.

Environment : Testing center itself was not bad, fairly quiet, no real complaints. A bunch of construction on the lobby level of the building made it a pain to get into the building, but ended up not being a real problem.

Additional Info : Construction on lobby level. Have to walk around to the south entrance and buzz in (at least I did -- it was a Saturday).

Do's & Don't s : Do: kill the exam. Don't: freak out, it's just a test.
