I took the GMAT at the testing center in Tuscaloosa, AL and it was a flawless experience.

Before the test:
I arrive and am politely greeted by staff then escorted to my locker. After stashing my belongings, we walk into the ready room. I am given a rundown of the exam and break policies then a palm vein scan. This all takes about 20 minutes, so now I'm sitting at the computer 10 minutes early and I can just take a couple deep breaths.

The test itself:
I used the earplugs provided but easily could have done without. The environment was so quiet and professionally run. No complaints in the area that matters most. They are running a fan for white noise though, so if that really bugs you just be aware. However, it is a calming and constant "wooosh" rather than a rickety oscillating fan. Easily tuned out. I brought a sweatshirt into exam in case I was cold. Didn't need it, but it was nice to have the option. Each break I was able to notify the proctor and use restroom/get snacks. Upon return, the whole "check my pockets and palm vein" process took about 90 seconds. When I finished I was given my unofficial report and walked out.

In conclusion:
I would recommend this center and will definitely be taking more tests here. Albeit hopefully not the GMAT again.

- Test Center Location: Pearson Professional Centers-Bangalore 2 KAR, Prestige Atrium, Unit 101, Ground Floor
Central Street, Shivajinagar, Bangalore
Karnataka 560001, India
- Nearest points: Cubbon Park Metro(~700 mts), Shivajinagar Bus stand(~400 mts), 10 Mins walk to the center.
- Parking Available (A bit high price, i guess around INR 30 per hour)
- Background Noise: little bit from outside esp. when heavy honking/traffic is there. You can use Noise Cancellation headphones which are available at each desk and quite effective.
- Restroom/Lockers/Drinking Water: Available within the center.
- Computers : Very good condition, Monitors screens are of large size, i struggled initially a bit due to it. Most of the time i had practiced on 11 inch screen.
- Staff: Polite and Helpful.

- Was the test center conveniently located?
Yes, it is a bit outside of Hamburg, which is a Plus because there is less traffic. There is also a huge parking garage close to the test center (since the test center has no parking spots)

- Was it easy to find?
Yes, the name of the test center is written on the wall outside.

- Were the staff polite and respectful?
Very polite and respectful, but the instructions were sometimes not so clear. For example: when I went for the bathroom after the 1st section, the proctor told me that he/she already set everything up and that I should just log in. When I did this, the next section started immediatly (which shortened my break from 8 to 3 minutes).

Also, they DON'T bring you new pencils if necessary. You need to get up, leave the room and ask for new pencils (which costs time).

- Were there proper facilities and restrooms?
Everything fine. Very small test center (only 4 seats). No technical issues.

- What was the noise level from external sources (street, lights, A/C, etc)?
The actual test room is next to a larger street with a construction site and due to COVID, the windows had to remain open during the test. But ear plugs helped to reduce the noice, so not a big deal.

- Would you retake the test here?
Yes, but I would adress my expectations at the beginning and ask some things more clearly (to avoid misunderstanding)

I had two options to choose from during registration for my first GMAT test. I took the old Pune center. Unlike many other reviews, the center was easy to locate and easy to approach. The other center is located in an IT park, with unnecessary check-in and security protocol (might be useful for the business offices). The center was equipped with limited PCs and it is the best you can have.
The center is just a step from the main road. It becomes very handy during test pressure.
The center is located on less busy road, so during the normal weekdays on mornings one can never feel distractions due to traffic noise.

This is the review for the Pearson Test Center, located near the Barakhamba road in New Delhi. I gave my test in the Oct 2020 in the middle of the pandemic and opted for the in-center test over the online test because I didn't have much faith in the internet connection at my home.

Before arriving at the center, I was a little worried about the safety measures but all those fears were put to rest by the adequate safety measures at the center. I must say the I felt very comfortable giving the exam, even though I didn't get my desired score. I would highly recommend the center to anyone living in the proximity of New Delhi.

I have taken the test in mid October. The test center is located in the Chilanzar district of the city, near the Bunyodkor stadium. The invigilator usually comes 10-15 before the exam so do not worry if he does not appear 20 minutes before. The test center is quite small consisting of one room divided into two and there are 4 PC available. In my case invigilator appeared 10 minutes before the exam and was very friendly and explained the rules vividly. but be sure to check room temperature before starting in my case it was too hot and mid-way through the exam it was unbearable and I had to ask the invigilator to trun on the air coditioner

Appeared for GMAT on 7th Nov 2020. You will have to reach there about 30 mins early. IF you reach too early, you wont be permitted entry. You require to carry out the verification process. Thorough briefing is carried out. Lockers are allowed. You are not permitted to talk to other candidates throughout. White board (small) and markers are provided. Room temperature is normal. Very high standards. Quite strict with the rules. No Disturbance throughout the exams. Headsets are good, very effective in terms of noise cancellation. Headsets are a bit heavy though. Washrooms are clean. 5-8 mins breaks are sufficient for the use of washroom. Overall good testing environment.

Firstly visit the place in advance. Then find the place where you'll give the test. Other things were fine. The over all experience was fine. I arrived at the center 30 mins early. There was not a lot of people around. The environment was good and there was least disturbance. the only thing I regret is that I had difficulty in finding the center, I had to ask for directions as my phone connection was not working properly. The Pearson's interface was simple and direct. Just a advice who is going to the test on the test day stay calm and don't get too nervous, have a good coffee and snacks and then give your best.

Oh My god can I give zero ? , how can companies hire such incompetent system providers, such a shame and such a mental strain on the exam takers , I am just wondering how these kind of companies survive. Probably no one else in market to take on their might, but they forget every great but arrogant ultimately fall. I wish they do. I have to now write another 30 odd words just because gmat does not believe you can give a negative review in less than 10”
Words , everyone is on Kahoot! And I am
Still typing because i am
Short of 11 words but the incompetency of Pearson will not be challenged because someone is getting a big kick back from them. Hope it’s 100 words

i have successfully checked in but could not able to start the exam due to technical fault. I have reach to customercare raised a case but still waiting for the time frame to get the reply. I would request GMAC to be fast to act as other processes are also in line.
Such technical issue are not fault of test taker. please make sure of the computer that the test go flawlessly without any hitch.
such issue are very frustrating who is preparing very hard for the test with expectation. I would request GMAC to have a proper mechanism for the grievance handling . Many have some plan with the exam score. please be fast on deciding.
