Location Jaipur, India
I gave my GMAT exam in Jaipur Center in 2020 and I would say, people were quite helpful there but location and comfort are not up to the mark. The Center has a very small room with a maximum of two people occupancy, you have to tell people to adjust the temperature and they change the temperature according to what is demanded which is not good for another person most of the time. The chair is not that comfortable either, I feel with few changes are a must for the center for the student to give the exam comfortably otherwise students wont be able to concentrate properly on the exam.

I gave my exam at the pearson center at ansal University , Gurgaon . The center is highly recommended as the staff are highly professional, polite and courteous. There were no disturbances or issues while i gave the test. The computer hardware is new which sort of helped with streamlining the testing experience. Lockers are available incase you want to keep your phone, backpack etc. There is a washroom and a water cooler.cratch boards: Before the test when I asked, they said I needed to finish my entire board before I could have a new one (even between sections). You could argue this point and say that technically it's okay to switch it out at the break (citing that you called GMAC). But I decided to keep things cordial and just ensure that I filled up my board by the end of IR. That said, they didn't do a careful check when I requested a new board.Ear plugs are provided and worked very well to block out the typing of my neighbors (people can be there for other tests too FYI).

Hi guys,
i just wanted to share some information on the Test "Center" at CBT Training & Consulting GmbH in Munich.
I definitely can not recommend it!
It is quite easy to find. But already at the reception/registration they were absolutely incapable of communicating on a normal friendly level.
The environment is not the best, but could be worse.
You take the test in a room with other people who are apparently doing other tests.
Therefore they will come and go at quite different times. Noise level was pretty average, since they had air conditioning on at full blast and the windows open.
The upside is, you have an own box, they provide Ohropax and they give you some basic headphones which you can use to block out some of the noise.
If you need something, you can call them via a button. But the staff was totally unresponsive, unfriendly and not willing to explain anything about the process. This was quite annoying, the effort for the exam conditions felt like minimum.
Additionally, the computer's response to the keyboard was quite slow, so you cannot write your AWA on a normal-fast speed.
Also the sensitivity of the mouse was low, therefore it takes ages to just move the mouse over the screen just to click on the "next" button.
The staff (two women) did provide the usual basic information about the test, but no information on how they themselves handle the check-in and check-out process. Since there are two types of lockers, but only one requires a key, so you are only allowed to access one of them during breaks, although they are right next to each other.
The staff was unable to answer any questions. Not that i think they would be incapable, but it felt like they were not happy doing this in the first place and had something better to do.
The waiting room is quite nice, they provide snacks and something to drink. But who in their right mind would go to a test center without their own snacks and drinks!?
So overall i felt like the setup was quite good in some way, but the technical details, the process and the staff were totally unsatisfiying.
I am shattered and duped this center should be a big no ...even why is it given the license to operate ....they haven't provided basic proper working pen and sheets. I struggled running a marker throughout the test. It is an ordeal which will haunt me. Constant outside disturbances, this place belong to misers who in order to save couple of rupees on quality markers have shattered aspiration of many individuals. The center in charge has the audacity to say that such things happen in the GMAT, which test can be given without proper marker /pen and sheets? Can't imagine that after paying INR 23k a person could suffer like that.
Big no....better burn your USD 200.
It is a matter of shame for Pearson VUE for having an association with such an institution.
