125% of 5
=125/100 * 5
=5/4 * 5
=25/4
=6.25

correct answer E

in mind calculation :
100% of 5 = 5
extra 25% = 1/4th of 5 = 1.25
so, 125% of 5 = 6.25

125% of 5 =

A. 5.125
B. 5.25
C. 6
D. 6.125
E. 6.25

125% of 5= 100% of 5 + 25% of 5

Now, 100% of 5 and 25% = 1/4 of 5 = 1.25

Thus, 125% of 5 = 5 + 1.25 => 6.25 , Answer must be (E)
