Internships range from short 10-week periods to longer 12 or 16 week periods (more popular in Canada and EMEA). For interns converting the offer at Deloitte, is it true that they pay our 2nd year tuition fee?

Yes, that option definitely exists if you accept a full-time offer after your summer internship. Availability may depend on group (S&O vs Human Capital, etc); you'll have to check for specifics.

a piece of cultural advice for you my friend - asking someone in the US how much they make is equivalent of someone asking you - "how dumb are you?" - not polite... i suggest you don't do it.
