Question is percent of country's population being men??

Option A: 50% of the country's Male population work in Information Technology
from premise 40% of population not working in IT are Men and it represents 50% of country's Male population as Option A says that they work in IT
So Option A means 80% of country's population are Men
Sufficient

Option B: 20% of the country's population who work in Information Technology are Women.
which means 20% of (50% of country population) = 10% of country's population
so Men are 40% of country's population working in IT
total Men= 80 % of country's population (40% not working iT and 40% working in IT)

1) Country's Population in IT: 50% of Total, Hence Non - IT is other 50% of Total.
 - Assume Total Population as 100, So IT and Non-IT Population becomes 50 each.
2) 20% of the population who do not work in Information Technology are Women.
 - 20% of 50(Non-IT) are Women = 10
 - Now, population on Men in Non-IT : 50 - 10 = 40

S1: 50% of the country's Male population work in Information Technology.
We already have the following:
- Men (Non-IT): 40
- Women (Non-IT): 10
- Since 50% of Total Male population is in IT, means other 50% is in Non-IT
- Hence we get: Men (IT): 40
- Total Men Population percentage of country: 80% .......  Sufficient

S2: 20% of the country's population who work in Information Technology are Women.
We already have the following:
- Men (Non-IT): 40
- Women (Non-IT): 10
- 20% of 50(IT population) are women: 10
- So we get other 100-40-10-10 = 40 Men(IT) 
- Total Men Population percentage of country: 80% .......  Sufficient

Each Statement is sufficient to get us the answer.

From the graph bellow, it is clear that we need to determine the value of q (as a function of p) to answer the question. 
1) Sufficient
50%(q+80%p)=q=100%q
50%q+50%(80%p)=100%q
0.5(80%p)=100%q-50%q
40%p=50%q
4p=5q. Clearly with this relationship we can determine the ration of men to country's population.
2) Sufficient
20%p=p-q
20%p=100%p-100%q
100%q=100%p-20%p
100%q=80%p
5q=4p
Clearly with this relationship we can determine the ration of men to country's population.
