I feel B and feel that this is the case of ellipsis where
A new hair-growing drug is being sold for three times the price, per milligram, than the price drug’s maker charges for another product with the same active ingredient.

is removed.

i don't think it's B since we never say "i paid two times the prices than you charged."

we DO say "i paid two times the price that you charged."

"that" is more concise/to the point than "of what," so i'm going with C here.

Hemant, which forum you have looked? because I have looked in other forums and it has mentioned D). I am confused please post OA or forum link.

I choose C.
The word 'that' refers to the word 'price', thus it is the only correct choice.

this is qts 8 of Set 14 ..wherein OA given is D ...
I got shocked ...to me C is the best choice what is your say ??

I think you got it wrong - what is the source of the answer D that you found? Where did you see it?
Again, IMO it's a clear C.
