So what's the housing situation looking like for everyone in the One-year program? Are most people looking for 1-bedroom apartments? Do people try to find roommates with leases starting in May?

Getting the finances and visa related documents in order first.. Would be looking for a twin sharing apartment near the campus, if not on campus, given that as per the guide, that saves money. Their housing guide is useful. However, yet to start working towards this.

i am in the same boat. Figuring out finances and visa logistics first. Would be looking to share a 2 br apt as well.

Yea, I'll be looking for roommates as well, but unfortunately, can't go to Accelerate Johnson or Destination Johnson :( :( before May.

I'm a current student that lives in CTT and feel free to PM if you have questions.

I suggest that you wait for the Destination Johnson housing guide before you make your housing decisions.

Hi Everyone,

Got an Email an hour back. I am IN for One year MBA program :) :)

Didn't receive any scholarship mail. Only got two "Student Loan" information mails. so guessing there is no scholarship. How soon can I expect the package?

Would be glad if someone can provide guidance on next steps related to Housing / Loans. Very nervous since less than three months left for start of the program.

I am based out of New Delhi/ Mumbai.

Swapnil

Congrats! :) Schol intimation should be in the offer letter, if any. The package of souvenirs - not sure how soon/late that'd come.
Check my PM for other details. And don't be nervous, just plan on what all is needed and go for it, there's still ample time.

Hi, everyone,

I have paid my first deposit but haven't filled out "Enrollment Form" yet, bacause still waiting for other schools (until the end of March). What if I submit my "Enrollment Form"? Does this mean I cannot change my enrollment decision later to another school?

Congratulations to all you guys. I'm a current first year and will get the chance to meet many of you during DJ; I am a vice chair for the weekend and we are working hard to make sure it's a great weekend. If anyone has any questions about the event, Collegetown Terrace or life at Johnson feel free to reach out.

Hi Everyone,

I have been admitted to the 1 year course and have limited time on hand to get everything done. I want to understand if a sponsor is ready to pay for my education then in the declaration of finances form I would need to show the sponsor's financial details and a letter stating they are willing to sponsor me. That is my understanding. Is this correct? Also any idea what format the letter needs to be in? If a simple letter signed by sponsor and me would do or is there a letter format? Or a specific way of doing this? Any help will be appreciated.

Thx
Mehul

Hello Everyone!
Excited to say I got the call last Thursday and was pleasantly surprised to get $31,000 as well. Waiting to hear from one other school next week before I make my final decision but would be very happy at Johnson.

Hey everyone! Congrats on your admission to Johnson! :-D

I'm happy to answer your questions about consulting here, but can answer other questions as well.

Reading through this now there are a lot of questions about next steps and housing, and I wouldn't worry too much as this point as I believe Destination Johnson will provide most of the answers you are looking for (for example, myself and many of my classmates looked at apartment options at DJ and signed a little bit after). That said, if you have specific questions or won't be making the trip for DJ, myself or one of my peers can put you in touch with the appropriate contact.

Hope to see many of you in less than 2 weeks!
