In terms of strengths, having both experience on the technical and business side (at a large, multinational organization) is a positive, especially for someone with an engineering background. However, the experience itself is not necessarily what will win you points with admission committees. Rather, the amount of progression you made (ie. how many promotions) and your quantifiable accomplishments are more important than having a bit of diversity by function. Additionally, you mention that you were successful in winning several clients with your family business -what becomes more important is how large of a client? Was it pro bono work or was it a $300K contract?
Regarding your academic background, it is quite common for engineers to perform better on the quantitative part of the GMAT relative to verbal. As such, since you do have some client-facing experience, talk about accomplishments where you have led presentations, showed clients key learnings, communicated to your top management team, etc. Additionally, mention your graduation percentile rank on your resume if it is strong, since you want to try to differentiate yourself as much as possible.
Regarding how you present yourself, be very careful not to use any acronyms in your MBA applications (or on your resume). As an engineer myself, I am used to doing this, but your use, for instance of MNC for a multinational should just be stated with the full word.
It is difficult for me to recommend specific schools for you to consider, since you did not elaborate on your interest in an MBA, what you want to do after you graduate, and what aspects are important to you in a school. Since the Indian, male, engineer, IT applicant pool is extremely competitive, you will need to craft a coherent story as to why you need an MBA now and what you'll do with it.
Regarding your extracurricular activities, I like the fact that you have not just participated in events but have also excelled in them. One aspect that you can talk about in your essays is the fact that you'd have interest in student initiatives surrounding debates and the annual "follies" show common in most top MBA programs. At Kellogg, for instance, Special K! is our follies event, and we just started "The Kellogg Debates" where students and professors engage in economic discussions about global business issues.

Every year in the past few years we saw candidates gaining admission with BA average in the 75-79 range (and at times also in the 70-74 range) to Top 10 programs (and certainly to Top 20 and 30 programs).
