Thank you for sharing. Deferred MBA programs can be quite competitive. Because of this, it is key that you demonstrate leadership in your applications (your corporate internships should provide you with good material to do so). Leadership comes in multiple forms so even if you have not managed a team or a project, there are many ways to demonstrate your unique leadership!
It sounds like you have some strong extracurriculars and, if you secure a 740 GMAT, your test scores will look good as well.
What will really be important here is fine-tuning your career goals. Strong deferred MBA candidates will have a clear sense of their goals, though this often comes only after working together with a consultant on the applications so do not worry if goals feel murky now. While it's great that you are interested in financial services, you will want to think deeper and share your vision for improving your chosen field or company.

Indian female : 19y/o applying to deferral mba/college senior MBA program at HBS, Darden, Kellogg, booth, columbia and MIT. my profile is : 10th grade 95% 12th grade 96% currently pursuing business administration (finance major) undergraduation with grades ranging averaging at 8.9/10. 3 corporate internships totalling 9 months (all different fields but not so popular companies) co curriculars are 60 hours community service plus social volunteer at a firm motivated towards women safety. national level swimmer and core team member of debating society, finance club and lead guitarist of the college rock band. since i’m studying in a target school v likely to receive placements from big4/8. interested to work in financial services pre and post mba. gmat to be taken. target score is 740
