Hi guys,

Just received my official GMAT score and the AWA score shows up as "0". I've taken GMAT once before and scored "6" and I was sure this essay was even better than last time. I don't know if this is an error or if my AWA score will be recalculated in the official report, but what should I do now? This is very annoying as a few days ago I was so happy to see my GMAT score for other sections and thought I was done, and this official score report with "0" AWA destroyed me today.

Thank you in advance.

Take a look at this post for another report of the same thing. This is likely just a glitch and should clear up on its own, like this case. But we should act under the assumption that it isn't, and I suggest you reach out to Pearson support ASAP (phone and email both).

I agree with AjiteshArun; it’s probably a glitch. Have you reached out to the folks at GMAC to discuss the situation?
