Took a test in test center and had isuues with connestion through out the whole test. Had a black screen.
I tried to contact GMAC already 3 times via Contact us form with complaint about quality of internet connection. And nothing. And I get a bit frustruated by the fact there is no answer.
I want to re-take the exam. How to get a feedback? Is it even possible?
Is there any other way to get to them?

I agree with ash124. You will just have to wait to hear back from GMAC™. A response typically comes within two weeks. Once you have let the dust settle from this awful experience (in hopefully no more than two or three days), I would be productive and get right back to studying. You want to be ready to take the exam again when you are allowed to do so.
