I chose D.. Writing the POE for this one seems tough, but I will try..

POE,

A. It is remarkable anyone ever sleeps... based on the complexity... ? That does not make sense. We need to show cause and effect. "based on" is incorrectly used.

B. With (preposition)+ noun + present participle - construction is used.. this construction is acceptable when we genuinely refer to a noun.. here the entire action of orchestrating can be appropriately expressed as a subordinate clause.
Also, 2 other point here..
various human body systems? that sounds awkward - it should be various systems of the human body
VAN - Verb>Adjective>Noun is preferred in GMAT. So let us look at other options

C. Here .. the human body involved in sleeping appears incorrect. it should be the systems that are involved in sleeping

D. Everything looks fine.
Given the complexity - cause and effect is established
Adjective orchestrating > noun orchestration
various systems of the human body that are involved in sleeping - correctly used

E. Not sure what the pronoun it refers to.. human body systems - sounds awkward

Based on the complexity of the orchestration of the human body’s various systems that are involved in sleeping, it is remarkable that anyone ever sleeps without disturbance.

IMO D

A) Based on the complexity of the orchestration of the human body's various systems that are

B) With the complex orchestration of the various human body systems being

C) Because of the complex orchestration of the various systems of the human body

D) Given the complexity of orchestrating the various systems of the human body that are

E) Since it is complex orchestrating the various human body systems that are

Reasoning:-
Going by meaning
Sleeping involves very complex mechanisms taking place in our body
Still, we are able to sleep in peace (Most of us, most of the time)
This stands out to the author- so he considers it remarkable.

C and E- there is no cause and effect relation, in fact, it is the opposite. The complexing should mean we sleep with disturbances not without.
For B- Starting the sentence with "With" and then use of "being" is making the sentence very awkward.
In the case of A- based on complexity, it is remarkable- the same issue as in C and E.
D is the winner. Meaning is clear.
