(B) “TPYD” magazine was only one of many publications that lost government funding last year. I selected this as the best answer. This answer indicates that "TPYD" was not specifically targeted and that the timing of the defunding was coincidental.
(C)Censorship is achieved by prohibiting publication, which is not quite the same as de-funding a publication. For me this was a very close second. I did not choose this because answer B shows that "TPYD" was not specifically targeted for censorship.
(D)“TPYD” magazine is an all-time oppositional magazine that has been opposed to every government ever known to rule the country. This would not preclude the current government from wanting to censor the magazine.
(E)Many political forces that lack real power try to discredit the government to enhance their own reputations. This does not address "TYPD" specifically. The magazine might or might not have any real power, we just don't have enough information to say one way or another.

Althought it is oppositional magazine but the act of defunding by government ..makes the conclusion valid.
