Hey everyone, I just found out about this event at Columbia and thought it would be interesting to some people. Cluster Q, the school’s LGBT club, is hosting an event on campus for LGBT prospective students to meet with current student and professors, as well as the admissions and career management offices. To sign up, Google "LGBT Connect Columbia Business School" and sign up on the first link. The deadline to sign up is December 8th, so do it ASAP if you want to go. Should be awesome!

Hi all!
Trying to answer my own question. From the data collected in GMATClub, 36 applicants have done interviews. 5 of them have been denied and 11 are still waiting for interview or response from Columbia. Therefore, and according to this data, the rejection among interviewed applicants is between 14% and 44% (this last considering that all applicants awaiting for responses are dinged, very conservative). I would consider 20% as a good estimation of this rate (5 rejections over 25 applicants who do know the final decision). Much lower than the overall 50%!!
What do you think of all this? (Beyond I should be working on R2 instead of making these numbers...
