Hi, requesting a profile evaluation-
Indian male with eight years of work ex as an Engineer/Project Manager at a Fortune Global 500 company. I have led teams of 50+ employees from diverse backgrounds and completed projects with a budget of $1M. I have international work experience in the Middle East regions and the USA. I am looking to make a career switch to Consulting.
Completed my PMP certification.

I have 2 years of volunteering experience and have held leadership roles in a few clubs.

Your academic arc isn't entirely clear. Did you graduate from a Tier 1 college, an IIT, or a government institute? Given that your GMAT score is average, a strong undergraduate background could potentially provide the necessary boost.
While your international experience is undoubtedly an asset, the trajectory of your professional career over the past eight years lacks clarity. What does your F500 employer do? What's your industry focus?
How can you demonstrate an upward trajectory during the 8-year period? You will be asked this question if you get the shortlist. Supporting your candidacy with evidence of incremental responsibilities due to your exceptional management skills and acumen will significantly strengthen your application.
Your extracurricular activities are also not well-delineated. For engineering professionals pursuing an MBA, it's important to showcase a balanced right-brain mindset and a quest for meaning beyond quantitative achievements. Take the time to reflect on and recall impactful initiatives related to your extracurricular activities. Carefully consider whether you may have overlooked important contributions you've made over the years. These might encompass a wide range of activities, such as traveling, learning new languages, participating in workplace diversity initiatives (e.g., promoting gender equality or workforce diversity), providing financial or emotional assistance to those in need, teaching underprivileged children, organizing diversity-focused discussions or activities to foster better collaboration among teams, and more. Taking a moment for introspection can help you recognize the valuable contributions you've made to your community.
