Congratulations. One question - Does the interview invite has the name of the two interviewees as well ? Or it just mentions that you have been shortlisted ?

Hello all. The folks who have received the interview invite, can you please let me know if your portal (iApply) gets updated upon receiving the invite? Or it is email only?

It's email only. I don't see anything on my dashboard that indicates the interview invite.

Hey guys! I was reading that the post-interview admissions rate is around 75%. Sounds high to me. Can that really be accurate?

Its close to truth I would say. Getting that interview call from INSEAD is the biggest challenge given the criteria

Do you know what reasons people get rejected after the interviews for? Does getting to the the interview stage mean that your profile is considered a good fit, or do they make a more thorough inspection of your whole application only after the interview feedbacks are submitted? If you get rejected after the interview stages, is the rejection based on your performance on the interview or on your whole profile?

From my experience from last time (I was waitlisted and rejected last time), Indians who apply would not be included in that high conversion rate. Many many people got rejected after interviews because among the Indian category, there are just so many to consider, that the conversion rate is lower. This is based on me talking to others who had interviewed in my Round last year, so keep that in mind. Among Indians I would say the conversion would lie between 30-40% max.

How much was your gmat score and how much do you think does the score matter for your admission?

Also is this true only for insead or other European schools also?

You can DM me as this may not be helpful for everyone. However to your second question, my experience is limited to INSEAD so cant say about others. However I would say that INSEAD and probably also LBS have the highest standards for MBA selection outside of top US schools.
