Mostly just career path to date and the choices I made, but the tone and direction of the interview was somewhat adversarial - practically every statement being challenged somewhat for the sake of it. Both interviews were 45 min

Hi roshnizworld,
the overlap between your application and scholarship essays is okay and kind of expected in some cases. For example, if they ask how you envision contributing to your country or region after graduation, it would be very normal for a lot of applicants to talk about the career goals they mentioned in Job Description #4. Or if they ask you to introduce yourself and include an account of your early years, if you already did so in Motivation Essay #1, it would be okay to repeat it here.

Done with my interviews. Quite probing and tough, but super enjoyable. INSEAD alumni are awesome people...! Fingers crossed for admission now...
Does anyone else (Western Europeans) have a similar view of scholarships? --> I don't belong to any minority group or special performance group, so my scholarship application options are basically all in the diversity group.
