Got acceptance call on May 2nd, late afternoon SGT. Vietnamese based in Singapore, and AO is DC. All the best to the rest.

Received my offer letter at 9:17pm SGT last night (and a missed call from a +65 number a minute later, could it be INSEAD? Super excited either way!) My AO is DC. Taiwanese based in SG. Congrats to those who have heard back and all the best to the rest! Fingers crossed

Was wondering if they were to offer some kind of $ would that be mentioned in the acceptance letter or is it in a different section?

As far as I am aware, the scholarship rounds are separate from the application round. The decision date for R1 scholarship is 24 may. I am expecting to get the result by then. Hope it helps

I was referring about the $ that they offer once they get the decision out , are you talking about the more "specialized" scholarships? (at least that is the case with the US applications, they include the amount in the offer letter )

I am not very much familiar with the US application process (as I have not applied to US B schools). For INSEAD we have separate scholarship applications with different deadlines. Once you are invited for an interview, the scholarship portal opens up for you where you can fill up for the scholarships you feel are relevant. If you are admitted to the program, you will be notified about the scholarship as per the deadline of the round in which you applied. As I applied in R1, decisions on the allocation of financial aid will be communicated by e-mail by 24th May 2022 (to only those who are admitted).
Regarding on-spot scholarship (Awarded upon admission and without the need for application), as per the guidebook, successful candidates will receive notification on this award upon admission to the program. However I am not sure when will it be mentioned
The offer letter that I have received has no mention of any offer. I am expecting to receive more information around the deadline mentioned above.

Hey all, so much to process after hearing back from INSEAD and I got a question - I was wondering if there's a deadline for us to accept the admission offer. I know some schools give a certain date for accepted candidates to decide if they will proceed with the admission. The offer letter doesn't specify this. Also curious how does INSEAD deferral work?

Hi alls, I just got my acceptance email, but the email states that the school offer me a seat on Jan 2024 Intake instead of Jan 2023 (which i'm applying currently) so that I can gain addition experiences prior to the programme. I am so confused... Any of you have heard the same situation? Any advice will be highly appreciated!

Usually the time to accept (& pay the 11k€ deposit) is 1 month from the offer, I believe it would be 1 month from the deadline day so count for 1st week of June (maybe the second).

No idea about the deferral, I believe they are not too deferral friendly, despite having many spots I remember they do not guarantee your spot when you want even if they grant you one.

Hey, I believe those are good news still, how old are you and what is your WE?
I understand that they may have felt you have an interesting international profile and good experiences, but they feel you would do better with another year.

I guess you could ask them why & try to understand if there is anything you can do in the next 3-6 months to get in earlier (if that is what you want and is best for you, you can take some time to reflect on it).
Is not unheard of that some people, receive this response, I believe is better than a waitlist as you secure a spot already well in advance, you can use this time to try to secure a fully-funded scholarship.
