Well, you can read your application and shape your responses to common interview questions accordingly; hopefully your application is truthful anyways? I like this option because they have more context for what you talk about; also they have gotten to know you better already and I think this makes it easier to create a connection. Like they are rooting for you by that point. I read introspection work I assign to clients before working with them in real time and always feel closer to them after reading it.

Hey, I was wondering what was more common to do, share the essays with the interviewers or just the application without the essays?

I hesitated because I read that without the essays they have less bias and you can develop any answer without fear of going against what you wrote, what do you think?

That said if you feel doing this will cause you to be stressed out and throw you off your game in any way, skip sharing the app because its most important to feel safe and be in the present moment during the interviews pabpinor

My question was because they give you the option to remove the essays from the application when sharing it with the interviewers, I did submit it in full. I agree with your points, the only times when I see value on removing it would be when it is not too truthful or you may have something too personal (you can always remove only one essay), or that you regret from having included (if it is so bad, is unlikely that they called you to interview).

I believe (from the numbers I see in the decision tracker) that less ppl are reporting their status this year here but that does not mean anything, still more than a week left, fingers crossed!

Prepare the big questions but remember that probably they may direct your answers to a different place from where you had thought to go, so be ready.
Take a chamomile tea before if you have a tendency to get nervous, but probably it will be quite smooth & relaxed.

Best of luck! ;)

Hi all,

Has anyone received invitations for interview? I haven't received mine yet. Would it be best if I prepare myself for a rejection at this point? Thanks.

Received interview invite. From Singapore.

Compared to the same round last year, this round has far fewer people reporting their status in the tracker for some reason ?
