INSEAD MBA alumna here. I'd say it's rather uncommon to accept MiM candidates with more than 2 years of experience because that kind of trickles into the MBA cohort spectrum. But why don't you express your interest to the Director of Admissions ( Thibault Séguret) if you really want to apply for the INSEAD MiM. You can read on the INSEAD website they clearly mention that INSEAD MiM values internships and "some" experience in a business context, such as charities or community groups.

BrazilianBaker Congratulations on the admits, especially the INSEAD admit. It wouldn't hurt to request consideration regarding the financial aid from INSEAD, but if I can be honest, getting a waiver can be difficult for sponsored candidates because your sponsorship does play a role in INSEAD considering you a "safe" candidate in some aspects (such as potential and employability post-MBA). If you wanted to explore new opportunities post-MBA, you could have been honest in your goals narrative and they would have considered it. But from the looks of it, INSEAD is unlikely to cut you slack on the finances because you decided not to stay loyal to your employer, who played a role in getting you an upper hand. On the positive side, every year many sponsored students are able to negotiate the contract fee/bond from interested employers. When the time comes, you will figure it out.
Also, INSEAD is a no brainer in your case.

Hi i got an interview invite for round 3 J25, did u guys receive the alumni info directly after getting the news or how long does it usually come through? How long do u need to finish ur interview (deadline)? I am a bit worried as my gmat score is not as good as the applicants that i saw on the list.
