Calling all Applicants: INSEAD January 2025 Intake

So I got my interviewer details on 28th March. One of my interviewers was available in a week's time so that got scheduled for 6th April. But my other interviewer was busy, hence they had to re-match me. Then the new interviewer also turned out to be busy so they allocated another guy on 4th April. He was available right away so it got scheduled for the 7th of April. Also, one interview was in-person for me whereas the other was online.

It can vary quite a bit I feel basis their availability.

So my interviews were both very conversational. They first understood the work that I have done. Followed by my career goals and motivation for an MBA. Then a few behavioural questions like 3 leadership qualities that I resonate with. A challenge that i faced in my life. 3 qualities my colleagues would use to describe me. A bit on why international exposure is so important to me? All of this followed by why INSEAD? A bit on other schools that I have applied to.

And then some time for me to ask my questions.

I feel you need to be very clear with you post MBA goals and your motivations to do an MBA, specifically at INSEAD. Get your story right, that's all!

Should I consider myself dinged? I am a candidate from India and haven’t received any updates from my AO IR. Are there any chances of still getting an invite?

When did u submit your application?

I think all applicants will get a definitive update by 12th April (R1 Interview Decision Deadline)

Nope, I was dinged without an interview

@aroraprern was basically spot on and my experience last year was similar. The only point I would add is that I think INSEAD tries to pair one interviewer with similar background and the other with basically no similarities in backgrounds. So you can expect a mix of unique questions from both interviewers. Good luck
