Hello everyone,
I'm thrilled to announce that I have been accepted into the full-time MBA program at Babson College! Along with this great news, I've received the Olin MBA Scholarship, providing $10,000 per year, and the Babson MBA Scholarship, which adds another $5,000 annually. Both scholarships are renewable for the second year, contingent upon maintaining good academic standing. However, the specifics about the academic requirements aren't clearly defined in the Graduate Student Handbook, and I'm unsure if I'll be able to secure these scholarships in my second year.
As I'm new to this, I'm seeking advice on how to negotiate for a higher scholarship amount. I've never been in this position before, and any guidance, personal experiences, or strategies you could share would be immensely helpful. The scholarships I've received, while generous, are not enough to cover tuition and the high cost of living, and without additional funding, affording the MBA program will be impossibe for me! but I really like Babson!
