There are many benefits to timing your practice, including:
lol I did an inspect element above the grey banner. Probably means nothing but there’s two statements in the code that says “when a student meets the criteria for deny withdraw, the below message is shown” and the other one is “when a student meet no specific decision related criteria, the below message is shown”
No decided is just decided. In R1 few folks killed the refresh button every few seconds and accidentally saw something that CLEARLY hinted they got in, but I would say, relax, you’ll find out soon anyway. All the best!
When they released interviews in R2, for those who got rejections had a “decided” as their status. But this probably means nothing until tomorrow!! Posted from my mobile device

It happened to me for R2 interview as well and I got interviewed so I think the data point is unclear
Here’s some complete speculation: They are going through and updating decisions in the background (whether admit, w/l, deny) in preparation for the supposed portal update tomorrow, which everyone seems to receive at the exact same time. Could be doing these updates in a completely random order, e.g. alphabetically by name
