I also had my interview on 24th Feb and nothing so far. I spoke to my interviewer regarding decisions, she told me they get together once a week and wasn't sure they will look at my application this week but definitely will have a look in the following week. So, whoever had their interview late like 24th we will know our fates in the following week. I am expecting we will get a response on 9th March or so. So, hang tight.

Good Luck to everyone still awaiting decisions. Close to 70% of slots are filled I guess till now.

I am not sure about that, there are still two rounds to go and judging by the way my interviewer who basically confirmed that my application will be looked at next week. I believe they will admit fair few more students.

Hmmm here is the actual conundrum. Admit to yield rate will be quite different I believe especially for MSU. Not everyone would have accepted MSU’s offer. I wouldn’t read too much into LinkedIn group, I am quite positive not everyone there will be attending. Broad has acceptance rate around 40 percent, so whoever got an interview the acceptance rate might probably jump to 75 percent or so.

Yeah which is a game changer for internationals. I haven’t seen too many people getting waitlisted and didn’t even see a single reject for interview candidates. I think whoever got an interview they are pretty safe bet to get an admit unlike other schools like Vanderbilt.

but given the no. of international students, especially Indians, Broad takes every year, i dont see not being STEM as a deterrent yet. but surely once it is STEM, there is gonna be a rise in avg GMAT

percentage of international may increase marginally but it will have a huge impact on avg gmat score..my estimate is 660 will become anywhere near to 685-690

I think Indians are applying despite that, but you hit nail on the head once it is STEM designated the program will have so much influx it is going to be crazy.

Absolutely, this year and probably next year will be the best bet to get into MSU program.
