Hello ,
I can share my few cents regarding applying with GMAT waiver. Although many schools have started GMAT waiver, unless you have some extra ordinary profile , or recommendation from Ratan Tata/ Narayan Murthy/ or some Jindal tycoons , it's really hard for Indian applicants to be accepted to even top 25 top schools ( Not sure about others MBA such as in Canada , Europe but in my own experience is big NO NO from US schools).
I think if someone studied consistently and deligently for about an year , alloting 2 -3 hours each day, decent GMAT score in early 700's is achievable.
Better spend 1 year preparing and delay MBA than looking for GMAT waiver and opting lower end schools.
GMAT waiver is still a myth for Indian and Chinese candidates where the pool size is so big.
Let me get this straight, do you imply that this case of gmat waiver applies to Indian/chinesse applicants exclusively? Or applicants in general.
Thank you
