I'm on the same boat, had my interview three days ago. Every time i get an email, I pray that its not from columbia, cause an email from them without a call means you're dinged...

What does your application status say after your submitted the application? I submitted a week ago but the status is still the same saying submitted. I saw online seems some people's status will change to under review the next day.

Mine still says submitted and I have already conducted my interview. The status doesn't seem to change on the application management page. Once you click through that into your application status page you will see a "status update" just below your name at the top once something has happened. In my observation however nothing changes while they are reviewing it. As far as I can tell the phases are:
1. Decision to interview or ding
2. If selected to interview, an update with the list of ambassadors to chose from
3. When the ambassador uploads their report
4. And finally when a official decision has been made (assumption) I haven't made it to that part yet.

There is no such thing like "under review". You will get all status update from email and your next step should be invite to interview or ding.

It never changes from "Submitted". I've been accepted and my application still says "Submitted"

The interview went great. The guy was young, graduated 2-3 years ago, and it was really conversational. While we discussed the typical questions for the first 30 minutes (walk me through your resume, why MBA, why Columbia, why now), afterwards we talked about common interests for another 30 minutes, and about what he was doing at the moment, and how much I was going to enjoy living in New York :)
