Hey, I was able to schedule my interview earlier this week.
The interview was over in 15 mins as per the interviewer! He just asked 1. What after MBA, 2. Why Columbia; and barely listened to what I said
I tried my best to stretch it by another 20-25 mins by subtly mentioning as many details as possible in the 'ask the interviewer section.'But honestly, i don't have a good feeling about it. It seemed as if the interviewer wasn't interested in listening to me because on two occasions he asked me things that I had already specified in my 'Why Columbia' answer. It kinda made me wonder about the purpose of this interview. So much of preparation for 15 mins. My only hope is that he mentions some of what I mentioned after the interview, in his interview feedback [Although he had stopped taking notes then
] Columbia was my top choice, had already started making plans after getting the invite. Now I have to wait and hope that a good feedback is submitted!

Your interview was an alumni interview, so he wouldn't have had access to your essays and your application. I don't think his questions by themselves would be grounds for concern, as those are pretty standard interview questions.

I'm not referring to Why Columbia in the essays, he asked me that question. After answering the question in detail, I got a counter question: "but why Columbia?"
I was like
So I repeated my answer
