i don't have the certificate from my college where it states English was the medium of instruction. However, i have my toefl score. can i just send it to meet the eng language criteria

ok. i see an option to give college website. so i put that and in scores, i also added toefl score If the degree certificate has tye degree name as bachelor of technology. But if this option is not there in applicatiok portal, can i choose bachelor of engineering as conferred degree?
