Best to not risk it. See if the website mentions anything regarding the grace period. If not, have a plan B ready

Agreed. The website doesn’t state anything about a grace period. My recommender received the deadlines for each round, which might mean that they want to receive everything by the deadlines Interviews depends on your overall application and not just the GRE score. Looking at the class profile will be a great place to start to aim for a score above that range
